RateMe is operated by Tailwind inc, Filtrowa 70/65, 00-052 Warsaw, Poland (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RateMe. By accessing this site, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. Content Policy

You may only upload photos of yourself or photos you have explicit permission to share. The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Images of minors (anyone under 18)
  • Non-consensual imagery
  • Content depicting violence, abuse, or illegal activity
  • Copyrighted material without permission

3. Anonymous Participation

RateMe does not require accounts. Your unique code (XXXX-XXXX) is your only identifier. We do not collect names. If you optionally provide an email to receive your code, we store only a one-way hash of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Rating System

Photos are rated using an ELO system. Rankings are determined by community votes and are not influenced by RateMe. We do not guarantee any specific ranking outcome.

5. Content Removal

You may request removal of your content at any time by contacting us through our DMCA page. Provide your unique code and we will remove your photo within 24 hours.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading content of other people without consent
  • Attempting to manipulate rankings through bots or vote manipulation
  • Harassing other participants
  • Using the service for any illegal purpose

7. Disclaimer

RateMe is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for how third parties may use publicly available ranking data.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
